We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance professional for a new complex. Responsibilities:

1. Perform custodial duties around the property, including cleaning common areas, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
2. Pick up trash around dumpsters and the property.
3. Assist in landscaping tasks such as trimming, pruning, and watering.
4. Help prepare units for new tenants (make-ready).
5. Operate equipment like blowers, floor cleaners, and carpet cleaners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent skills.
• General knowledge of construction, drywall, and related skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pool maintenance experience, including handling chemicals and basic care, is required.
