Your Day as a Residential Maintenance Technician

As the day unfolds, you'll move between occupied and vacant units, performing repairs, completing apartment turns, and ensuring every space meets our standards before welcoming a new resident home. You'll conduct inspections, identify opportunities to improve the property, and work closely with site management to address concerns before they become bigger issues. Through your dedication, technical abilities, and attention to detail, you'll help maintain a community residents are proud to call home while making a visible impact every single day.

Requirements for a Residential Maintenance Technician

• Experience in facilities or residential maintenance
• Ability to self-motivate
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, stand, and climb

Preferred:

• Fair Housing training or certification
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or other related trades
