Job summary

Gold Medal Pools is seeking a Residential Pool Cleaning Technician to service and maintain residential pools across Texas. You will drive a company vehicle, balance chemistry, check equipment, and document visits via a mobile app while communicating with homeowners about pool status.

The role offers full-time, year-round work with on-site duties and opportunities for growth into repairs or leadership, plus paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be 21 or older (insurance requirement).
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customers’ homes to clean and service residential pools.
• Test and balance water chemistry and check equipment.
• Log service visits using a mobile app and document issues.
• Interact with homeowners to discuss pool status and needs.

$700–$950 per week Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00AM Start

What You’ll Do
