Gold Medal Pools in Texas is seeking a Commercial Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves weekly commercial pool cleaning, balancing water chemistry, inspecting equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

No prior pool experience needed; we train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Company vehicle provided and a supportive team environment offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong time management skills.
• Comfortable handling pool chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly commercial pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Test and properly balance pool water chemistry.
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment.
• Identify and report equipment issues.
• Manage truck inventory and supplies.
• Maintain accurate service records using the Zuper mobile platform.
• Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Schedule & Work Environment
