Job Description:

Looking for an individual with experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for a 90-space mobile home park in Corona. This is a hands-on position responsible for the overall upkeep of the property, including maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping.

Housing is available after 90 days. Must have a valid California driver's license and personal automobile insurance. Required to receive Gas certification after 90 days and replace gas, electrical, and water meters.

Work hours are Thursday to Monday, 8am - 4pm, with a one-hour lunch break. On-call availability is required. Benefits include $450 towards health and dental coverage after 60 days. If interested, please submit a resume. A background check will be performed.
