Job Type:Full-time

Pay Rate: $25-28 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of residential apartment buildings, turnover of vacant units, and overall property upkeep at one of our premier, high-end communities that has 333 apartments and townhomes. We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and dedicated individual to help us maintain our high standards and continue our growth.

• Respond promptly to service requests and repairs
• Prepare vacant units swiftly to ensure new residents experience a seamless and welcoming transition
• Follow established preventative maintenance and required safety inspection programs for properties and equipment
• Develop and maintain the technical skills required to provide exceptional service
• Supervise outside contractors and support team objectives by undertaking additional tasks as directed by the Property Manager
• Participate actively in the on-call rotation, ensuring continuous support for property needs
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in Multi-Family or Commercial Maintenance
• HVAC (Type II or Universal) and EPA (minimum Type II) certifications preferred
• Proficiency in basic Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
• Capability to maintain high-quality site appearance and curb appeal
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver's license required
