Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, make‑readies, and responding to resident requests while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related work preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of household repairs and use of hand tools (or willingness to learn).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general apartment upkeep.
• Complete make‑ready tasks to ensure vacant units are clean, functional, and ready for new residents.
• Maintain overall property appearance, including daily ground upkeep and trash removal.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly, professionally, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and seasonal projects assigned.
• Report safety hazards, recurring issues, or larger maintenance needs to your supervisor.
