Qualifications

• Strong customer‑service and a professional attitude.
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting).
• Complete make‑ready tasks to prepare vacant units.
• Maintain property appearance and ground upkeep.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and seasonal projects.
• Report safety hazards or larger maintenance needs to supervisor.
