Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential maintenance or handyman services (HOA, multifamily, or large property experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively; must provide own general tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on HVAC such as clearing lines and changing filters.
• Perform general plumbing tasks such as replacing fixtures and lines.
• Maintain ladders, fans, gutters, and AC vents.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance and fixture changes.
• Inspect property regularly to identify and address issues proactively.
• Maintain and repair equipment in common areas (lobbies, hallways, pools, exterior grounds).
• Respond to work orders and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure safety and HOA code compliance.
• Update maintenance logs and inventory records.
• Paint and maintain community areas as directed.
• Provide emergency on-call support on a rotating basis.
