Job summary

Seacrest Services seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, irrigation repairs, and basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and stucco tasks across the community and amenities. You will maintain grounds, clean surfaces, and assist with light cleaning while prioritizing daily maintenance needs.

Strong communication with residents and staff is essential. The role requires independent work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness, with English proficiency (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• General property, building, or community maintenance experience preferred.
• Irrigation repair/troubleshooting experience strongly preferred.
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and stucco repair knowledge.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Groundskeeping and light janitorial work ability.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily maintenance tasks.
• Reliability, professionalism and safety-conscious mindset.
• Strong communication with management, residents, vendors and team members.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community and amenity areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems, including wet checks, pumps, timers, and irrigation lines up to 3".
• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and stucco repairs as needed.
• Maintain grounds and assist with landscaping tasks.
• Perform pressure cleaning of community areas.
• Inspect and maintain storm drains to ensure proper function.
• Complete minor repairs to amenities and facilities.
• Use hand and power tools safely and appropriately.
• Assist with light janitorial duties and ensure proper use of cleaning products.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials.
• Follow established workplace and safety procedures at all times.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community.
