Job summary

Seacrest Community in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Part-Time Irrigation & Maintenance Technician to support our HOA maintenance team. The role offers a consistent weekday morning schedule (approximately 20 hours per week) and focuses on irrigation systems and property upkeep to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with irrigation system maintenance and repair.
• General property maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with irrigation pumps, timers, wet checks, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Pressure-cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain community irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform irrigation repairs, including pipes up to 3 inches in diameter.
• Maintain and adjust irrigation pumps and timers as needed.
• Conduct regular wet checks to identify and address irrigation issues.
• Carry out general property maintenance and minor repairs throughout the community and clubhouse.
• Perform pressure cleaning of designated areas as required.
• Safely operate hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Promptly communicate maintenance concerns or issues to management.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as assigned.

Compensation
