Job summary

MetroPlains Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician 1 to service residential properties in Cloquet, MN. You will handle repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more, ensuring quality and safety in every task.

Ideal candidates have a High School education with related experience and certifications like EPA Universal. The role requires a valid driver's license, tool ownership, and willingness to work on-call and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required with related experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA Universal, boiler license and/or pool certification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related trades.
• Ensure work is completed professionally, safely, and to quality standards.
• Provide input on property improvements for budget considerations.
• Attend site meetings and maintain property grounds and appearances.
• Follow safety protocols and work independently with minimal supervision.
