Job summary

Level 10 Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform appliance installation, HVAC and electrical work across our apartment communities. You will drive to several properties in Minnesota, with mileage reimbursement and a Monday–Friday schedule, sometimes weekends.

A strong customer-service mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. The role requires 1–3 years’ maintenance experience, OSHA-style safety awareness, and the capacity to

Qualifications

1–3 years' experience preferred.
Ability to act independently and make decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to multi-task and manage several projects and deadlines.
HVAC and EPA licenses preferred.
Boiler’s Licenses preferred.
Able to lift 50lbs or more.
High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance services in apartment communities including installation of appliances, HVAC, electrical work and general repairs.
Drive to a limited number of properties using personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
Maintain safety and quality standards; follow preventive maintenance program.
Coordinate and assist with apartment turnovers to Level 10 standards.
Develop relationships with vendors; negotiate pricing and process invoices.
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations.
