Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in apartments and public areas including electrical and plumbing work.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and simple repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Complete work orders with detailed task and equipment information.
• Assist other maintenance staff on projects and campus upkeep.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
• Work overtime as needed and be dependable.
