Metropolitan Management Group (MMG) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations team at our residential properties. You will perform repairs, maintenance and turns to keep apartments in top condition and residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• Requires basic maintenance skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience in residential or commercial maintenance is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Safety regulations and MMG policies must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential apartments and supporting facilities to achieve resident satisfaction.
• Perform repairs, installations and general maintenance on assigned property.
• Complete apartment turns, grounds upkeep, and work orders.
• Follow safety regulations and MMG policies.
