Responsibilities

• Supervise at least one Maintenance Technician, delegating tasks and training.
• Complete and oversee service requests, ensuring safety standards.
• Manage the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and vendor coordination.
• On-call rotation as scheduled by the property team.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Inspect contractor and vendor work to ensure quality standards.
• Order supplies and create purchase orders.
• Track and maintain inventory of parts and supplies within budget.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests.
• Support cost-saving initiatives by repairing where possible.
• Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal upkeep.
• Provide updates on maintenance activities and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
