Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in residential property management.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• CFC Type II or Universal certification.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff; recruit, train, and schedule.
• Ensure 24/7 emergency coverage with Property Manager.
• Oversee service requests, repairs, and unit turns for quality and timeliness.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Conduct inspections for curb appeal, safety, and workmanship standards.
