Gates Hudson is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical integrity, safety, and maintenance operations of one of our residential communities. You will lead the maintenance team, implement preventative maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect the long‑term value of the property.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge, a safety‑first mindset, and the ability to drive results through others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in residential property management.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• CFC Type II or Universal certification.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Oversee service requests, repairs, and unit turns to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure OSHA/EPA/ADA compliance.
• Maintain logs, manuals, and reporting calendars; track inventory.
• Manage contractor performance and assist with capital projects.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and ensure reliable transportation.
