Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-family community. You will lead maintenance staff, manage service requests, and ensure safety and quality across repairs, turns, and preventive maintenance.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and the ability to coordinate with vendors. Excellent communication with residents and teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level troubleshooting across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Excellent communication with management, partners, vendors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects meet WBPC quality standards.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train staff on trades for repairs or replacements.
• Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance staff for daily activities, turns and common-area upkeep.
• Hire, train and develop staff; enforce safety policies.
• Lead team meetings, communicate expectations, and drive performance.
