Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of multifamily properties, planning, scheduling, and supervising daily maintenance activities to ensure timely turns, safety, and quality across trades.

The role emphasizes staff development, vendor coordination, and OSHA compliance. Strong hands-on knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, plus a valid driver's license, are required to maintain asset condition and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding and diagnosing in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Must be available for regular on-call work and emergency overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff daily activities including maintenance, installation and repairs, service requests, turns, cleaning of grounds and common areas.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff and ensure company policies, procedures and safety practices are applied.
• Communicates effectively within their team, motivating team members and clearly conveying expectations and goals.
• Participates in department or regional meetings and community events, leads safety and department meetings with staff members.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors installation, maintenance, and repair work.
