Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance.
• CFC and HVAC certification required.
• Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems.
• Expertise in general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical).
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel to between properties if needed.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
