Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance, repair, remodeling, or multi-trade work.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using mobile applications for scheduling and job documentation.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation suitable for tools and job materials.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential repair and maintenance work across carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, decks, and other interior/exterior projects.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical work within guidelines and regulations.
• Diagnose repair issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Identify additional maintenance needs or risks and communicate with homeowners.
