Mosby Building Arts, Ltd. is seeking a qualified Home Maintenance Technician to perform home assessments, document conditions, and coordinate handyman work.

You will also execute minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and basic carpentry while coordinating schedules with clients and craftspeople. Candidates should have at least 3 years in home maintenance or home inspection, strong knowledge of residential systems, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in home maintenance or home inspection.
• Certifications in construction, home inspection, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential building systems and maintenance practices.
• Basic remodeling skills for routine home maintenance and repairs.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residential properties to identify maintenance issues.
• Document findings in detailed reports with photos and recommendations.
• Provide clients with an overview of the home condition and concerns.
• Execute minor repairs and routine maintenance (filters, fixtures, caulking, drywall, carpentry).
• Coordinate schedules with clients and craftspeople for repairs and small improvements.
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed about services.
