Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of property management or maintenance operations experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of property and facilities management.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in assigning, directing, and evaluating work.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive management oversight across operations, finances, inventory control and procurement, customer service, recruitment and training for an assigned team.
• Direct and support grounds and landscaping teams to meet curb appeal standards.
• Oversee the performance and quality of maintenance across trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Train, coach, and supervise employees on safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Organize and assign work orders to ensure timely response and high quality work.
