Job summary

Universal Health Services' Michiana Behavioral Health location in Plymouth, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift (6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.).

This role supports behavioral health treatment in a therapeutic setting and offers opportunities for growth within the UHS network. The ideal candidate is an Indiana-licensed LPN with a passion for mental health, flexible hours, and a willingness to train in a psychiatric environment for children, adolescents,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice vocational/practical nursing from the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• One (1) year experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred, however, willing to train the right individual that has a passion for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and addiction disorders.
• May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care during the night shift for psychiatric patients.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and document care appropriately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and safety.
