Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Real Estate License required.
• Experience conducting listing appointments, buyer consultations, or seller presentations.
• Strong negotiation and objections handling.
• Solid knowledge of residential values, pricing, MLS.
• Excellent communication and trust-building.
• Organized with CRM discipline.
• Coachable and motivated for improvement.

Responsabilités

• Attend company-provided listing appointments with qualified homeowners.
• Evaluate property condition, market value, and seller objectives to recommend best solution.
• Present listing agreements and negotiate terms that align with homeowner and company goals.
• Determine when traditional listing or cash offer is best.
• Capture photos, gather property info, and document repair needs during appointments.
• Prepare pricing recommendations, listing docs, and MLS info for market ready properties.
• Maintain CRM records and communicate with homeowners throughout the process.
• Follow up on active opportunities to maximize listing conversions.
• Collaborate with Lead Intake, Acquisitions, Marketing, and Transactions teams for a seamless experience.
• Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training to improve performance.
