Responsibilities

• Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team.
• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price.
• Conduct buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses.
• Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of listings.
• Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity.
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
• Create and update a Property Activity Log (PAL) for each vacant property.
• Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
