Soul Care Life Services Inc is seeking a Residential Living Specialist to support residents in a housing program. You will foster growth, well-being and a therapeutic living environment while coordinating activities in the home and community.

The role involves assisting residents with daily living skills, administering medications as prescribed, and ensuring safety and confidentiality. An on-site position with varied hours supports program needs and staff collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and transfer, climb, reach, stand and walk distances.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum age 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Care for individuals with dignity and respect; facilitate community integration and recreational activities.
• Provide a safe, clean, comfortable and therapeutic living environment.
• Encourage development of daily living, social and interpersonal skills.
• Administer medications as prescribed by health providers.
