Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct care and support in a residential setting. You will assist with personal care, meals, daily living activities, and community participation, while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• Experience with individuals with MH diagnoses and disabilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
• Ability to complete required training and pass clearances (Criminal Record, FBI).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Support daily living skills and independence.
• Facilitate participation in community activities, appointments, and social events.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming home environment.
• Follow individualized support plans and goals; promote dignity and person-centered care.
