Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration, Higher Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience in residential student housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for an area of campus housing.
• Implement staff development, selection, training and evaluation activities.
• Respond to customer service needs and concerns, resolve issues and clarify policy.
• Manage area programming and operational budgets.
• Participate in a 24 hour on call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with campus units and departments as appropriate.
• Monitor safety, security, and emergency procedures across assigned buildings.
• Supervise residence life staff and ensure adherence to policies.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes for residence halls and apartments.
