Job summary

Banyan Living is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team and bring expertise in residential leasing to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will leverage your prior leasing experience to market properties, negotiate lease terms, and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

You will lead property tours, process applications, and perform credit/background checks in compliance with Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing and marketing properties.
• Ability to lead tours, process applications, and perform credit/background checks.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws.
• Develop relationships with prospects and residents to foster retention.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure documentation compliance.
• Mentor junior leasing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead property tours and presentations with knowledge of each community.
• Process applications, perform credit/background checks, and qualify residents per Fair Housing laws.
