Job Description

Availability: Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 6:00pm. Schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance. Saturdays are on a rotation basis and not required every week.

40 hours a week. Overtime available.

Objectives

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Follow up on leads/prospective residents.
• Ensure lease agreements are executed accurately.
• Lease up all properties.

Responsibilities

• Tour properties/apartments with prospective residents.
• Follow up on tours.
• Communicate effectively with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, and management via email, phone, and in person.
• Assist in the lease signing process.
• Answer inquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
• Greet residents and prospective residents entering the office.
• Update file records.
• Report daily tasks to management.

Skills

• Sales experience is a plus.
• Passion for growth.
• Knowledge of fair housing (training provided).
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Valid Driver's license.
• Occasional lifting of 20-25 pounds.
• Twisting and turning.
• Walking up and down stairs.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $14.50, paid bi-weekly.
• Monthly commission on new and renewal leases.
