Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Residential Leader at Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, Nebraska. You will supervise students around the clock, coordinating with Senior Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors to maintain a safe, supportive environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and at least 2 years of experience with at-risk youth. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working directly with at-risk youth in residential or similar settings.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Internal applicants must have been employed by Rite of Passage for 1 year and have no disciplinary actions within the past 6 months.
• External applicants must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience with at-risk youth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students.
• Direct and coordinate work of Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors.
• Ensure program policies are followed and support staff performance and youth well-being.
