Job summary

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking a Lead Staff to support the Residential Manager in day-to-day operations of the residential program. The role includes providing direct services, arranging transportation for medical and other appointments, and ensuring needs are met under management direction.

The Lead Staff will help implement Person Center Plans, supervise staff, and maintain health and safety standards while coordinating with the Residential Manager on required tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the disability field with supervisory capability and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to complete program documentation accurately.
• Flexible schedule to meet client office needs and respond to duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain individuals' health.
• Plan weekly menus for proper nutrition.
• Assist individuals with grocery purchases.
• Provide transportation to medical and other appointments.
• Teach basic finance skills to individuals.
• Keep house supplies stocked.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and reporting on Person Center Plans.
• Oversee Behavior Plans and Supervision Guidelines.
