Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Tech to service residential equipment in Snohomish County, WA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, heat pumps, AC, and ductwork while educating customers on upgrades and maintenance.

Competenze

• Residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Washington driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in your work.

Mansioni

• Run diagnostics, complete repairs, and routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on proactive repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance agreements.
• Use an iPad to create invoices and communicate with the office.
• Travel to job sites within the service area and coordinate with dispatch.
• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the company vehicle.
• Document installed equipment: make, model, serial number, fuel, measurements, and photos.
• Diagnose issues, obtain and replace parts, calibrate systems per manufacturer recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
