Job summary

Delta Community Supports, Inc. seeks a Residential Lead to ensure a safe, home-like living environment for adults with developmental disabilities in a New Jersey group home. You will supervise shifts, assist with daily activities, personal care, and transportation while maintaining clear documentation.

You will administer medications per policy, guide staff on care plans and behavior strategies, and uphold a clean, supportive environment that fosters independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
• High school Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations including cleaning, activities, hygiene support and transportation.
• Administer and track medications per policy.
• Support individuals in skill-building, independence and community integration.
• Guide staff in implementing care plans and behavior strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment and ensure documentation is complete.
• Assist with scheduling and minimize overtime needs.
