TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in West Jordan, UT. This role involves driving a company vehicle on an assigned route, applying lawn care treatments, and delivering exceptional service to customers while working outdoors on a daily basis.

You will receive paid training and company-paid certification, with opportunities for career growth, bonuses, and overtime during peak season. A reliable driver with a strong work ethic will thrive here.

Competenze

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card

Residential Lawn Care Technician

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely

What To Expect

This is a physically active role that includes:

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
