TruGreen Limited Partnership is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Ocala, FL. You will drive an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and manage customer notes via a tablet while working outdoors in an independent setting.

The role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits eligibility after 30 days. A valid driver's license, ability to pass MVR/background checks, and a DOT medical card may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)

What To Expect

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day


• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions


• Operating equipment safely


• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work


• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check


• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card


• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation


• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset


• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
