TruGreen Limited Partnership is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Lawton, OK. You will manage an assigned route, apply treatments, and assist homeowners with tailored lawn care solutions while working outdoors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route and service residential/commercial properties.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Work outdoors in a fast‑paced, independent environment safely.

What To Expect

• This is a physically active role that includes:
• Walking an average 10‑12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self‑motivated, customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently

Salary and Benefits Information

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
