TruGreenA Residential Lawn Care Technician in Nashville, TN, is responsible for applying lawn care products on residential and commercial properties, managing an assigned route, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role includes paid training, company-paid certification, and growth opportunities within a supportive local team.

You will work outdoors, drive a company vehicle, and must meet license, MVR, and background requirements.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver7;s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Residential Lawn Care Technician

No lawn care experience? No problem. We'll provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and company-paid certification so you can build the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

What To Expect

This is a physically active role that includes:

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
