Lanoha Nurseries, Inc is seeking a Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to support our Residential Landscape Design Team. Responsibilities include hardscape and softscape installation management, client communications, and coordinating project schedules with designers and crews.

The role requires a background in construction project management or landscape design, strong leadership and organizational skills, and experience with Acumatica, Bluebeam, Pro-Cor, and common office software.

Qualifications

Background in construction project management or landscape design.
Experience leading construction or landscape crews and coordinating multiple trades.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Hardscape installation management – coordinate with designers and installation crews.
Softscape installation management – oversee crews and materials.
Designer/Leadership support through client communications and status updates.
Coordinate deliveries, equipment, materials, inspections, and site logistics.
Establish and maintain project schedules and oversee subcontractors.
Conduct regular site walks and document progress.
