Job summary

Rine Landscape Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Technician/Driver to join our residential maintenance crew in Columbus, OH.

You will operate commercial-grade equipment, transport crew and gear, and support daily job planning to meet quality standards. The role requires at least two years of residential landscape maintenance experience, a valid Ohio driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or guide a small team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of professional residential landscape maintenance experience, including operating commercial-grade mowing equipment.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and a driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements.
• Ability to understand written work instructions and complete required documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and truck/trailer combinations.
• Perform required daily vehicle, trailer, and equipment inspections.
• Ensure equipment and materials are properly loaded, secured, and transported.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, trailers, equipment, and job sites.
• Complete assigned work within established budgets and production goals.
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment, including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning.
• Assist with snow removal operations during winter months.
