Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Residential Kitchen Installation Apprentice to join our field team. You will help install cabinets, finish work, and ensure a polished look on each remodel while coordinating with management to obtain final sign-off and payment authorization.

The role involves working at customer sites with a Monday–Friday schedule, a base hourly pay between $20 and $25, and comprehensive benefits. Most nights you’ll return home to your own bed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Background with window replacements and/or wrapping windows is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills to work with homeowners and teammates.

• Handle finish work and trim so every project looks polished.

Join Mad City Windows & Baths as a Residential Kitchen Installation Apprentice

Picture your morning: you meet up with your crew, load the tools, review the plan, and head out to transform a homeowner’s kitchen. By mid-day you’re helping set cabinets and trim, dialing in the details that make a remodel feel finished. Before the day ends, you’ll walk the homeowner through a carpentry checklist, confirm they’re thrilled with the results, and coordinate with management for final sign-off and payment authorization. Then it’s back home — most nights in your own bed.

Work Environment

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
