Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks a Kitchen Install Helper to join our field team. You will install remodeling products to our standards, apply finish work, and coordinate with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and authorize final payments.

The role requires 6+ months of remodeling or carpentry experience, kitchen cabinet installation or refacing, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Strong communication with homeowners and team members is essential.

• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

About The Role

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
