Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety instructions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, amenity spaces, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and doors
• Remove trash and recycling and replace liners
• Maintain organized janitorial closets and cleaning stations
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and property-management personnel
