You will work mainly indoors, protect furniture and flooring, and coordinate with contractors to meet project timelines. Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, plus good communication and teamwork, are essential.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Paint walls, ceilings, trim, and doors in newly constructed homes.
• Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment according to project specifications
• Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures from paint damage using drop cloths, masking tape, and other protective measures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Collaborate with contractors and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
