Job summary

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking Insurance Inspectors to perform on-site underwriting inspections for residential and commercial properties. You will collect data, measure dimensions, photograph the property, and identify building materials for risk assessment.

Responsibilities include uploading all information to an internet-based platform. This role requires independence, reliability, and access to a vehicle for travel to inspections and varied outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter who works independently.
• Own a reliable vehicle for inspections.
• Must have a Windows-based computer with internet access and a smartphone.

Responsibilities

This Position

As an Insurance Inspector, you would be on-site conducting insurance underwriting inspections by collecting data for a condition assessment, measuring dimensions of the property, taking photographs of all sides of the structure, roof photos, exterior amenities, hazards, and identifying building materials of the risk. Upon completion, all information collected will be uploaded onto an internet-based platform.
