Job summary

Yellowstone Local is seeking a full‑time Insulation Technician to join an experienced crew in Kent, Ohio. You will install residential and commercial insulation, use hand and power tools safely, and follow project specifications and safety procedures.

The role offers 31–40 hours per week, a standard 8‑hour day, overtime paid at time and a half, and paid drive time. Local travel across Northeast Ohio is required, within a one‑hour radius of Kent.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience in insulation installation, construction, or a related skilled trade.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an insulation and field installation crew.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and job‑site equipment.
• Ability to follow project instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Dependable attendance and availability for an 8-hour workday, with start and end times varying depending on the job.
• Ability to work on residential and commercial insulation projects throughout the Northeast Ohio service area.
• No specific licenses or certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a full‑time Insulation Technician based in Kent, Ohio 44240.
• Work as part of an insulation crew installing residential and commercial insulation.
• Complete insulation installation according to project specifications and company procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow job‑site safety procedures and established quality standards.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete assigned insulation projects.
• Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout Northeast Ohio, generally within a one-hour drive of Kent, OH.
