RallyX is hiring an insulation installer to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. You will install batt and blown-in insulation in new residential construction, ensuring proper fit and complete coverage while following all safety and company procedures.

Ideal candidates have experience with residential insulation products and can work in attics or crawl spaces. Reliable transportation and onsite availability are required to meet builder schedules and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience with insulation installation preferred.
• Knowledge of residential insulation products and installation methods.
• Ability to access attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials.
• Reliable transportation and onsite work capability.

Responsibilities

• Install batt, blown-in, and other insulation materials according to plans and building code
• Measure and cut insulation for proper fit around framing, electrical, and plumbing components
• Seal gaps and ensure complete insulation coverage
• Load, unload, and organize insulation materials and equipment
• Maintain clean, safe jobsites throughout installation
• Work with field supervisors to meet builder schedules
• Follow all company safety standards and installation procedures
