Job summary

Rally Construction Group is seeking a dependable Insulation Installer to join our team for new residential construction. You will help improve home comfort and energy efficiency while upholding Rally Construction Group’s safety and quality standards.

Typical duties include installing batt and blown-in insulation, cutting to fit, sealing gaps, and maintaining organized, safe jobsites onsite. Prior insulation experience is preferred; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Previous insulation installation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential insulation products and installation methods.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Install batt, blown-in, and other insulation materials according to plans and building code.
• Measure and cut insulation for proper fit around framing, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Seal gaps and ensure complete insulation coverage.
• Load, unload, and organize insulation materials and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe jobsites throughout installation.
• Work with field supervisors to meet builder schedules.
• Follow all company safety standards and installation procedures.
